Dr. M. Mosharraf Hossain FCA, Partner of PKF AHKC, qualified as a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

Dr. M. Mosharraf Hossain is a seasoned finance professional with 31 years of extensive experience in almost all economic sectors comprehensively in Insurance and Capital Market. His expertise has significantly contributed to elevating his employers to industry-leading positions. Throughout his career, Dr. Mosharraf has held numerous prestigious roles, including CEO of two life insurance companies and COO of the largest life insurance company in the country. He has also served as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Board Audit Committee for several listed companies. He was the CEO of a leading merchant bank in Bangladesh.

Dr. Mosharraf has also been involved with international and national organizations as a consultant, including the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the International Labour Organization (ILO). Notably, he served as a valuer for the Chittagong Stock Exchange during its demutualization process.
